Damaged item

PREVIOUSLY SHIPPED Kiehl's Since 1851 Body Fuel All-in-One Energizing Wash 33.8 oz. $54.00 When I received this item a few days ago. The nozzle was broken and more than half the contents was dispersed. To say the least, I was totally disappointed and tossed out the whole container! I spoke with customer service and they said that they would apply a credit to my account. I am presently waiting for that notification. In the meanwhile I just purchased another bottle (conf#: 555584648) of the same product...hoping for better luck this time. Respectfully, R.
