Very hydrating, love to layer it underneath a toner with hydraulic acid for extra moisture or a refresh. The size for the $$$ is also a steal!

Favorite toner!!!

This is my long time favorite! It does an excellent job to moisturize your face, especially after a long, super hot day. You can feel that your skin is absorbing very quickly, and you can apply many times until you feel comfortable. Also the price is soooo reasonable! But keep in mind, it does only the moisturizer job, nothing else. I'm in my 20s with mixed to dry skin type. So this product is perfect for me.
